a healthy food truck. She later spent four years at Aruba Bank, where she rediscovered her passion for entrepreneurship and personal development.
Today, Giandra is the founder of Level Up Leadership & Personal Development Training. She’s a certified John Maxwell Team Member and DISC consultant, and Aruba’s first LEGO® SERIOUS PLAY® Certified Facilitator, helping individuals and organizations unlock their full potential through innovative tools and training.
