Giandra is the Founder and Lead Facilitator of Level Up Leadership & Personal Development Training. With a background spanning hospitality, entrepreneurship, and banking, she brings a rare combination of operational experience, business insight, and people-centered leadership to her work.

After studying International Hospitality Management in the Netherlands and gaining international exposure in Europe and Asia, Giandra returned to Aruba driven by a strong desire to contribute to her community. Her career journey—from luxury hospitality and entrepreneurship to four years in banking—ultimately led her back to her true passion: leadership and personal development.

Giandra is a certified John Maxwell Team Member, a Maxwell Method DISC Consultant, and in 2022 became the first LEGO® SERIOUS PLAY® Certified Facilitator in Aruba. She designs and facilitates transformative learning experiences that help individuals and organizations gain clarity, strengthen collaboration, and unlock their full potential.
