About the event
Leading Through Complexity is an interactive LEGO® Serious Play® experience designed for leaders and managers who want to explore complexity, systems, and organizational dynamics in a different way.
Through facilitated hands-on building activities, participants will experience how physical models and shared storytelling can help make thinking visible, uncover hidden assumptions, and create deeper conversations around adaptation, decision-making, and interconnected systems.
Rather than focusing on theory or presentations, this session invites participants to actively explore how systems respond under pressure, how patterns emerge, and how new perspectives can surface through collaborative reflection.
No previous experience with LEGO® Serious Play® is required.
